They take no accountability if your delivery has a problem. They transfer all the responsibility to UK Mail, as it UKMail are the ones who sold you the product. Do not believe when they say the product will arrive in 2-3 days. I have been waiting for 7 days, and I live in Central London! When you call the customer service the only thing you hear is "Sorry". I will NEVER purchase anything from this company ever again!
